Shipping and Returns
Shipping
Each piece is handcrafted to order in Athens, Greece.
As every piece is made individually, please allow approximately 1–3 weeks for production before dispatch. Many orders are completed sooner, though certain pieces may require additional time depending on their complexity and finishing process.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Greece: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–10 business days
- International: 5–15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or courier delays.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging and condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment, excluding any shipping charges.
Please note that custom, personalised, commissioned, and bespoke pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photographs of the item and its packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
